Returns and Exchange

WISTERIA'S Return and Exchange Policy applies only to online purchases made via www.wisteria.com.sg.

Items in the following category cannot be returned for exchanged or credits:
- Items purchased on sale and/or with discount codes and store credits
- Accessories (Shoes, Jewellery, Hair Accessories, Belts and Bags)
- Gift Cards

Please note that we have a strict no cash refund policy and all refunds will be done in the form of store credits.

Size and Design Exchange

1) Exchange requests have to be emailed in to exchanges@wisteria.com.sg within 10 days from shipped date.
2) Items that are not mailed back in original condition will not be eligible for exchanges. 
3) Store credits of the original product value will be returned in the form of a discount code for subsequent purchases.
4) Store credits are valid for 3 months from date of issuance.
5) Store credits can only be used in one transaction and any excess amount that is not utilized is not refundable.
6) Store credits can only be used on product value and cannot be used to offset shipping costs.
7) All exchanges are limited to one-time and any purchase with a store credit is not eligible for further exchanges or returns.
8) Items are preferably sent back using Smartpac Envelope by Singpost. Please note we will not be liable for any missing packages sent back via Normal Mail. 


Defects/Wrong Merchandise Received

1) Defects or wrong merchandise shipped must be reported to exchanges@wisteria.com.sg with a clear picture of the defective area within 10 days from shipped date. 
2) Please ensure that your item was checked before washing or wearing as we will not be able to accept any defective returns once the item has been washed or worn.
3) Conditions to qualify for defects/wrong merchandise received include holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discolouration, wrong size/colour/design. 
4) Due to the nature of mass manufacturing processes, measurements with a difference of 0.5" are not considered as defects.
5) Defective items can only be exchanged for the exact same item, or store credits will be issued in the form of a discount code if the particular item is out of stock. 
6) If you wish to exchange for another design, size or colour, we will treat the return as a size and design exchange and terms and conditions will apply as above.  

WISTERIA reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
