We have improved our checkout process for a more efficient and fuss-free shopping experience!

You will now be able to:

a.     Choose a default address so your shipping address will automatically be filled in when checking out

b.     Check if your payment has been verified and the shipping status of your order simply by clicking on your account page

Ordering process 

1. To make a purchase, simply add your desired item(s) to cart and checkout. Do ensure that the size, colour and quantity are correct as no changes will be allowed upon checkout.



2. If you are not logged into your account, you will be prompted to do so before you can proceed to the next step. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to register for an account. Having an account with us will allow you to check on your payment and order status.



3. You will be brought to the shipping details page. If it’s your first time shopping with us, kindly fill in your shipping address and ensure the details are correct. If you have purchased with us before, your shipping address should be automatically filled in.



4. On the payment page, enter in any discount code that you have and click apply. Wait for the page to refresh and the discounted amount should be reflected. Select your preferred shipping method from our drop down list. Select your preferred payment method.



5. For Paypal or Credit/Debit Card payments, you will be automatically be directed to the Paypal website for payment. Kindly note that payment verification for Paypal or Credit/Debit Cards is automated and a confirmation email from Paypal will be sent to you once payment has been successfully processed.

For Internet Banking or ATM Transfers, a form will appear at the bottom of the page and you will be required to update your payment details.

Select the transaction type and fill in the details as prompted. Kindly ensure that your order number is correct.

Do note that for ATM transfers, you will be required to update a snapshot of your ATM receipt.


6. Please allow for 1-2 business days for your payment and/or order status to be updated. You will be able to check on your shipping status simply by logging in and clicking on your account page. We will also send a shipping notification to you once your order has been packed and shipped.
